Dermal Filler

Dermal filler is a gel-like hyaluronic acid injected at different depths to lift, volumise, and sculpt the face. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring hydrophilic substance found in skin. It attracts up to 1000 times its weight in water, which helps volumise and hydrate. It can also stimulate new collagen and elastin production, helping reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Typical Dermal Filler Treatments and Areas

  • Lip enhancement adds volume and definition to thin lips while smoothing wrinkles around the mouth.
  • Cheek enhancement restores volume to sunken cheeks and defines the cheekbones.
  • Chin enhancement creates structure and balance for a small or retruded chin.
  • Jawline enhancement adds definition and strengthens facial contours.
  • Tear trough treatment fills under-eye hollows to reduce shadows and wrinkles.
  • Nasolabial line softening reduces deep folds between the nose and mouth.
  • Marionette line softening reduces creases running from the mouth to the chin.
  • Wrinkle reduction smooths deeper lines and facial folds.
  • Non-surgical nose reshaping lifts depressions, masks humps, and elevates the nasal tip.

HA dermal fillers are temporary and results can last between 6 and 18 months before being broken down by the body.
